Artificial Tears
My vet prescibed artificial tears with 1.4% polyvinyl alcohol solution. My senior dog has Type 1 diabetes and one of her problems in dry, red eyes. These drops lubricate very well ans provide quite a bit of relief. If I use them morning, noon and night, it works best. I also have an anti-bacterial eye ointment and another one to keep goop from building up. If I am consistenr with the eye drops, I find she needs less of the more expensive ointments. Keeping the towels for her bedding very clean also helps greatly.

Stung his eye
My dog went crazy pawing at his eye when we put a drop in.I do not recommend this..Vet prescribed this for dry eye.But the dog would not open his eye after this was put in and kept pawing at his eye. This stuff contains alcohol. It stings.I'll look for an OTC for artificial tears.

This medication helped my cat but difficult to remove top.
From UndisclosedComments about Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, 15mLThis product is helping my cat's dry eyes. I place 1 or 2 drops in each eye twice a day per vet order. I clean her eyes to remove any discharge present with a moist cotton ball then I apply the artifical tears drops. What is difficult is opening the bottle. It is a safety bottle and you are to pressure and then turn. You pressure and turn, turn and the bottle top will not come off. It is a pain to use. -

Do not buy from this comoany
From UndisclosedComments about Artificial TearsI would never use this company again. They advertise this brand, I ordered it, then they send whatever brand they have available in their shelves. They were not the least bit remorseful for pulling such a stunt.
