These pills save our dog's life.
From UndisclosedComments about CitraVet (potassium citrate) 675mg, 60 Chewable TabletsMurphy has cystinuria where his urine is too acidic which can create bladder stones (at 1 year old, he had 40 stones removed from his bladder before we knew he had this condition) . The potassium citrate pills help keep his urine neutral to minimize stone creation. These tablets are literally a life saver for him. He has had no new stone formation since we put him on these pills. And he loves the flavor because he eats them like they are treats. No trickery to get him to take them!!-

Q & A

Does this product increase the PH levels in the urine??
-
Citravet contains potassium citrate, a supplement that promotes a more alkaline or higher urine pH. If an animal's urine pH is lower or more acidic, they are at higher risk for bladder stones. Talk with your veterinarian to see if this is something your pet may benefit from. Thank you, VetRxDirect
