I would buy this product again!
My vet suggested this product and I'm glad I tried it. My dog is 13 yrs old & has hip dysplasia she has problems getting up & down. She has been on it for a little over a week & I can see a small difference already! She seems to be more mobile & feeling better overall. I hope to see more improvements soon! It has helped my old girl! 😊

Caused blood from rectum and gastro upset
Made my dog bleed from his rectum within one day of using. It did give him relief from arthritis however. The manufacturer advised us to use on an empty stomach. I wonder if it could be less hard on his gastrointestinal tract if given with a meal?

I would definitely buy this product again!
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantI have a 13 year old lab mix that has been slowing down over the last year. With a recommendation from his vet I decided to try Galliprant to see how he would do. I was very apprehensive, but willing to try it. I have to say out of all the various products I've given as supplements to help with joint issues none of them have given him back his energy or the sparkle he has back in his eyes. It was always a guessing game with if the supplement was working or if I was throwing out money. Seeing is believing and it's been over three weeks since he's started this med, and he's running around outside like a puppy and back playing with his toys in the house. -
So pleased!
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantMy sweet lab, Sadie, is much improved with this anti inflammatory. -
A Godsend for our dog!
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantAfter multiple ACL issues and now arthritis, looks like our 8 year old beagle mix will be on Galliprant the rest of her life. It makes such a difference in the way she moves and definitely helps with the stiffness. I highly recommend! -
Great medication, especially for pets not tolerating NSAIDs
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantMy 13 years old Springer Spaniel has severe arthritis. Unfortunately, throughout his entire life he could not tolerate the usual non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. As his arthritis was becoming worse, he needed more than the gabapentin he was able to take. Luckily, his vet suggested Galliprant, an anti-Inflammatory which works using a different pathway than NSAIDs. Baxter not only tolerated this medication very well but also experienced very significant relief. I would recommend this medication from our experience and especially for the pets that don't tolerate other anti-inflammatories well. -

Yes
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantEverything was fine (price, shipping, etc) except when the vet wrote an incomplete Rx is was difficult for the vet tech to actually talk to a real person to get it sorted out. -
Seems to work!
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantSeems to work well, I always feel a little hesitant to use a new drug - even with testing the side effects are not always apparent until after long periods of use. This is supposed to work without stressing the liver like other meds so that is a plus. The tabs break in half easily and my pup seems to enjoy the flavor. Also, even though these are a bit expensive there is a rebate program through Elanco that is pretty cool. Our pup is 15 years old and has a little trouble from time to time with her back legs, we use this in conjunction with acupuncture, home cooked good, Chinese herbs, and an array of supplements, our goal would be to have her off this completely is possible. -
Costly but effective
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantWe tried Galliprant (little over a year ago) in spite of the high cost for this medication (cost quite a bit less through VETRX as opposed to vet). It turned out to be very beneficial for both our old dogs and we have continued to use it daly for both. Periodic blood tests revealed no adverse affects on their liver and, or kidneys. Their are less expensive alternatives...just be sure to check the bloodwork due to potential organ damage..we did experience this w/one of our dogs. -
Great pain reliever for arthritis
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantI give my 9-yr-old 84lb Husky one pill a day (with dinner in the evening). His back legs have stopped shaking when he stands, and has a spring back in his step! Great stuff. I wrap each pill in a piece of lunchmeat and he gobbles it up. The vet said this can be a long term treatment for his arthritis in his rear hips. Hopefully it doesn't get worse. -
Works great!
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantThis product works really well for my dog's arthritis. It doesn't take it away completely, but she's a lot happier on it. And it's not supposed to damage her liver like other pain meds can (we still check her blood work to be sure every so often, but so far so good). Order came quick too! -
Good service. Great price.
From UndisclosedComments about GalliprantThis was the best price I found for Galliprant! They quickly contacted my vet for the prescription and then processed my order the next day. I will definitely order again from these folks!
