Amazing results!
My cat Pooka, was having trouble for weeks with a hairball. Our vet suggested Laxatone and we got the tuna flavor. Pooka was NOT excited, and I would have to sneak up on him and practically shove it in his mouth.
Even though it was traumatic for both of us... I continued to do so because it was definitely helping.
I looked Laxatone up online and found it on Vet Direct for less money than it cost through my vet.
We decided to try the maple flavor, and it was like night and day! He now licks it off my finger instead of having to be force fed. The hairball he was struggling with for weeks finally came up and he's been happier ever since! 😻
We will continue to keep it for emergencies and/ or as a preventative. Thank goodness I found this site!

Pretty good stuff
Works well, though some experimentation needs to be done to find the right dose, caution, don't overdo the dosage. the cat doesn't lick it like a treat, but does lick it off his paw with little fuss.

My cat will actually like this
From UndisclosedComments about Laxatone Maple Flavor, 2.5ozI previously used Cat Lax - which my cat loved. This is a replacement for it and my cat will like some but it isn't his favorite. Maple seems to be the similarity that helps. He won't touch any of the other hairballs solutions.-

Try this, it is worth it.
From UndisclosedComments about Laxatone Tuna Flavor, 4.25ozMy vet suggested it. My cat licks herself insanely, causing hairballs all over the house. (Stomach fluids not pretty)! This product has reduced the occurrences very much. Quite pleased -
she actually loves the taste.
From UndisclosedComments about Laxatone Tuna Flavor, 4.25ozMy cat Hoover is a handful, but I love her. She is a DSH but she does not like being brushed, so hairballs are something we deal with. My Vet recommended Laxatone tuna. I was skeptical, since Hoover is so picky about anything I feed her. But, she surprised me and eats the stuff regularly. I started using this about 5 years ago and as she's gotten older, she still likes it. The hairball issue seems to be under control, so that's good. -

Miracle Treatment
From UndisclosedComments about Laxatone Maple Flavor, 4.25ozI have to tell you that this brand and favor of hairball laxatone has been a lifesaver for me and my two long hair Maine Coons. If you know anything about the breed at all they are notorious for shedding and need hairball control. I've tried everything to no avail. They both love love love this favor (maple) and line up for their weekly teaspoon!-

Ended my throwing up!
From UndisclosedComments about Laxatone Tuna Flavor, 4.25ozI hate this stuff! My big things have a problem with my throwing up hairballs all over my house. They don't realize they are gifts of the CAT. Sheesh. They rub this stuff on my paw and make me lick it off. After all, I am a fastidious cat. Since they started torturing me with this stuff, I can't even throw up hairballs! My rights to express my inner catness are being stomped on. Sendmetreat please! 5 claws up! -
