Significantly helped my senior Golden Retriever
I adopted my Golden Retriever, Alli, at the age of 11 from a rescue and she is now a few weeks shy of 16. When she first came into rescue she was pretty grouchy and apt to snap unexpectedly if touched in the wrong place or the wrong way. The rescue's vet diagnosed her with arthritis and I believe her grouchiness was very much related to pain from the arthritis. She was put on Putney carprofen right after her vet exam and has been on this medication continuously ever since. It has made a huge difference in her mobility and overall quality of life. She has never had any side effects from taking the medication and has mellowed significantly over the four years that I've been blessed to have her in my life. Ordering from Vet Rx Direct has been a very smooth and easy process and shipment is always very prompt.

I will not buy this product again
Tried Rimadyl and it was great but expensive. Tried Putney Carprofen tablets and they worked a little, then tried chewable and they did not work at all. Could see dramatic decline in overall well-being. Went back to using Rimadyl and both our Irish Terriers improved dramatically. One Irish is 15, the other 8.

Changed my dog's life!

The Rimadyl worked great, but it was very expensive. We changed to Carprofen (same active ingredient) and it works just as good. Doggy is walking great, playing at the park, and is obviously no longer in pain. And it's affordable! The Rimadyl was $100/month, and the Carprofen is $100 for 3 months. I highly recommend this product, and VetRxDirect has the best price I've seen out there. -
