Disappointed
From UndisclosedComments about EndosorbMy cat wouldn't go near his food because this medicine was very thick & the doses were large and apparently it took over the taste of the food so has nothing to do with it, it probably works great but I was unable to use it . -

Q & A

How soon will my cat feel some relief after the first dose? ?
-
Shannon, Endosorb is used to treat diarrhea in dogs and cats. According to the manufacturer you may see the effect of Endosorb relatively soon, but the specific time period that it may take to observe the full effect of this medication was not provided. The manufacturer recommends 1 tablet every 4 hours (5 to 25 lb of body weight), 2 tablets every 4 hours (25 to 50 lb), or as directed by your veterinarian. The manufacturer recommends if any signs of symptom(s) present after 2 to 3 days of treatment you should contact the veterinarian. Also, an appropriate antibiotic therapy should be started if the diarrhea is associated with a bacterial infection as determined by your cat's veterinarian. Thank you, VetRxDirect

How soon after the first dose will my cats have some relief?
Community Answer -
Jesse, The Endosorb tablets are not flavored, therefore they are intended to be swallowed whole. The Endosorb suspension is sweetened and may be a better option if your dog is showing resistance to the tablets. Thank you, VetRxDirect
