Reasonable price, fast shipping, and very professional
From UndisclosedComments about Fluticasone (Generic) HFA 110 mcg, 120 Metered ActuationsThe price is much lower than it is at the major pet retalier's pharmacy ($149 lower). The medicine quality was excellent, as my cat did as well or even better on the generic than the expensive bigpharma med. My vet recommended VetRxDirect to me and I'm really glad she did. Asher is running around playing again, and is really a very happy kitty on Fluticasone Generic. Every step of the way, from the ordering process to the prompt shipping went way better than I even hoped for. Thanks, VetRxDirect! -

Good to have a healthy cat again
From New YorkComments about Fluticasone (Generic) HFAMy kitty struggles with asthma. It's terrible to hear him coughing and struggling to breathe. He's been doing really well since starting this inhaler. I highly recommend for asthmatic cats! -
Controls my cats asthma.
From UndisclosedComments about Fluticasone (Generic) HFA 110 mcg, 120 Metered ActuationsStella has had occasional asthma since she was a kitten, but she is now 10 years old, and it has worsened and become more frequent. She was taking oral prednisolone for it, but my vet recommended Fluticasone via a metered inhaler connected to an AeroKat chamber for long term use. The med goes directly to the lungs and does not affect the rest of the body. After training her to use the Aerokat for several weeks, she has been on the Fluticasone twice a day for nearly a month now, and her asthma symptoms have been reduced to an little woof or two very occasionally. I am very pleased, and Vetrdxdirect has been very helpful when I had questions. -

Speedy and efficient service, great communication, and the exact medication needed to help ease our cat's asthma and help keep her safe and healthy. We are so grateful to VetRx for making it easy on us, especially since fire season is sure to make our lives tough again. This has worked WONDERS!!
From CAComments about Fluticasone (Generic) HFAThis has helped Edward so much! We have found a trick! Pump the inhaler away from your cat's face and then place it- so the noise doesn't scare them! Edward started to have asthma and allergies last year and he was originally on steroid pills, but we didn't want him to be on that forever. We were hesitant to use this option, because it looked difficult, but we have got it down now and it has worked wonders for him! Edward is very food driven so he gets lots of treats for when he gets his medicine. As soon as the inhaler box comes out, he knows that he gets treats. He will even purr while getting his treatment which is just adorable. :) I also really appreciate that they offer this generic version for reducing our cost! We are VERY happy we started this treatment for him! Edward has so much more energy now and can move around and play more, which makes us very happy! -

From UndisclosedComments about Fluticasone (Generic) HFA 44 mcg, 120 Metered ActuationsMy vet advised Stinker had asthma and needed this medication. Before taking it, he would wheeze and cough every morning. After taking this, he rarely has coughing fits.
Q & A
-
Hi I was using the flovent hfa fluticasone (125mcg) from canada and I am thinking of switching to this generic one(110mcg) from prasco , will it be any different than what I am using for my cat??
-
Fluticasone Propionate HFA Inhalation Aerosol is an FDA approved human label maintenance medication for asthma and is routinely used off-label in pets experiencing shortness of breath, coughing, and wheezing. Fluticasone 110 mcg inhaler delivers 125 mcg of fluticasone propionate aerosol from the valve per actuation but delivers 110 mcg from the actuator due to medication loss during delivery. Please speak to your veterinarian to determine if Fluticasone Propionate is recommended and appropriate for your pet’s needs.

when does it expire?
-
According to the manufacturer, the inhaler remains effective until the manufacturer's expiration date, which is printed on the packaging it comes in. As a reminder, the inhaler must be primed again if you have not used it in more than 7 days or if you have dropped it. Our stock turns over fairly rapidly, and the expiration dates of products is double checked by the pharmacy team before shipment. If you specific concerns about a product before your order, you may contact our pharmacy via email at [email protected].
