In humans Ketorolac can thin the cornea and thus shouldn't be use for someone with a corneal ulcer. Is this the same for dogs? My vet prescribed it to help with pain for my dog's corneal ulcer but I am hesitant to use it as it sounds like it can make it worse.?
-
In susceptible patients, Ketorolac Tromethamine Eye Drops could cause corneal thinning with prolonged use. Contact your veterinarian to address this concern specific to your pet.
