Why is Novolin N 182$ on your website? Walmart sells it for 25$?

According to the manufacturer, an unopened vial of Novolin left out overnight in a temperature range of 59-77°F the product is still safe and effective. An open and in use vial is good for 42 days in temperatures below 77°F. We always encourage you to inspect the insulin vial before use. How do u convert human insulin to dog insulin using a U-40 insulin syringe 0.5ml using Novolin 10ml 100units/ml?
-
It is highly recommended that you use U-40 syringes with U-40 insulin, and U-100 syringes with U-100 insulin, to avoid confusion. Using a U-100 insulin (such as Novolin 100 units/mL) with a U-40 syringe could potentially lead to overdosing your dog. Insulin overdoses can result in various degrees of hypoglycemia, which may be serious. Please reach out to your veterinarian if you need to change your syringes to match your insulin.

Does the U40 and U100 refer to the strength of the insulin? Is U110 more than twice as strong as U40??
-
Insulin is measured in units, and the strength of insulin is expressed as U-40 and U-100. For example: U-100 means that there are 100 units of insulin per milliliter (ml) of liquid. There are certain types of veterinary insulin that are U-40. It is important to always match the syringe to the insulin. For example, U-40 insulin should always be measured in a U-40 syringe while U-100 insulin should always be measured in a U-100 syringe.
