Ocu-Glo Can Make A Real Difference !!!
My12 year old Cairn Terrier Maggie started losing her vision suddenly in October 2013. I took her to an eye specialist who recommended Ocu-Glo after diagnosing her with SARDS (sudden aquired retina deterioration). The Ocu-Glo seemed to help slow the deterioration in her vision within a matter of days. Today in March of 2015 although Maggie is almost completely blind she still has some light perception most days. She has adapted, has a terrific attitude and is loaded with spunk. Once I forgot to order a replacement bottle in time and Maggie ran out before the new supply arrived. I could see the difference in her within two days as she stumbled around. When she got back on the med six days later she navigated her way around with great improvement! I will never let her run out again!
My furry baby deserves the best as she has given back 10 fold in love all of her life. She motivates the entire family with her can do attitude and spirit. Go Maggie! You are well worth the investment in this product!

We hide it in a large piece of "cheap" hot dog so she doesn't really take time to give it a good "chomp" before it's down. It has a horrible smell once punctured tho! We shall see at our follow up with the specialist at our next visit as to how the loss of vision has progressed. Our difficult situation is that she is also deaf....

Thankfully this was caught in time, and we were fortunate to have had eye surgery to correct his blindness. This was, however, and expensive process and costly surgery (no regrets, money well spent). With this surgery, there was, of course, eye drops Oscar will have to take for the rest of his life. Ocu- Glo was advised by his eye surgeon as a source of vitamin preferred to ensure continued good help. This vitamin cost more than regular, daily vitamins, but Oscar's health is clearly more important to us than the cost. It was highly recommended, and something we will continue to order and use. I mentioned the cost; the price I pay for VetRXDirect is lower than anywhere else. I encourage all animal lovers to purchase this product. -

OcuGlo for my Dogs Eyes
From Denver, COComments about Ocu-GLOMy Chocolate Lab has what is called Progressive Retinal Atrophy. They say a dog will go blind within a year with this genetic condition. I found out there is nothing that can be done for the dog. First Blindness, then cataracts, then glaucoma. A vet said there was ongoing studies about the effectiveness of OcuGlo and it is the only thing out there for treatment. Right now my dog can still see during daylight hours and it has been a year and 5 months since he was first diagnosed. I would say it is working.-

Delayed Total Blindness

I am no vet but when we took our 5 year old Schnauzer to the Ophthalmologist for Retinal Degeneration, he recommended we also give it to our 10 year old Schnauzer for cataracts to slow down the process. Just thought I would share :)

My dog is 16 lbs, been having a hard time getting him to take the capsules now..Can he use the ones for small dogs? Even though they say 10 lbs and under? Could he take 2 small tables in place of the 1 capsule.?

According to the manufacturer, the strength of the liquid gel caps for medium to large dogs (> 11 lbs) is 350 mg. The strength of the liquid snip caps for small dogs (< 10 lbs) is 175 mg. Giving two of the liquid snip caps for small dogs would provide an equal amount to one of the liquid gel caps for medium to large dogs.
