Ocu-Glo Can Make A Real Difference !!!
My12 year old Cairn Terrier Maggie started losing her vision suddenly in October 2013. I took her to an eye specialist who recommended Ocu-Glo after diagnosing her with SARDS (sudden aquired retina deterioration). The Ocu-Glo seemed to help slow the deterioration in her vision within a matter of days. Today in March of 2015 although Maggie is almost completely blind she still has some light perception most days. She has adapted, has a terrific attitude and is loaded with spunk. Once I forgot to order a replacement bottle in time and Maggie ran out before the new supply arrived. I could see the difference in her within two days as she stumbled around. When she got back on the med six days later she navigated her way around with great improvement! I will never let her run out again!
My furry baby deserves the best as she has given back 10 fold in love all of her life. She motivates the entire family with her can do attitude and spirit. Go Maggie! You are well worth the investment in this product!

our 11 yr old Springer Spaniel was dx with SARDS and the specialist recommended we give this a try. We know that she will lose her vision completely and don't really know if this has slowed down the progress but it's one of those things of "what if I didn't give it to her, would it have prolonged her vision" situation. We hide it in a large piece of "cheap" hot dog so she doesn't really take time to give it a good "chomp" before it's down. It has a horrible smell once punctured tho! We shall see at our follow up with the specialist at our next visit as to how the loss of vision has progressed. Our difficult situation is that she is also deaf....

Product is too hard

Since I did not know this until I opened it, I do not have an option to return it. Even after I cut the product in quarters, my small dog could not chew the pieces. What is the size of the pell? My dog will not eat the powder or the snip caps.?

This product comes in two different sizes. There is nothing from the manufacturer that tells us the exact size of each. The smaller capsule is designed for dogs weighing less than 10 pounds and the medium to large capsules are designed for dogs weighing 10 pounds or over. I was reading your information for the capsules, and I had ordered for my dogs. You web site says the human form has astaxanthin in it and the dog version has lycopene. The one I ordered that you sent me off of the dog site. So my question is can I use this version for my dogs. It is the powder version??? I don't want to hurt my dogs I want to help them?

This human Ocu-GLO is safe to use for dogs. Human formula contains astaxanthin instead of lycopene that is derived from tomato and also small differences in the vitamins from the canine formula.

I'm trying to decide which dosage to order - the small dog or med to large dog dosage. My 11 year old dog is 11 pounds which puts her on the line between the two. I have a hard time imagining that she would take the same dosage as a very LARGE dog! She has been diagnosed with Diabetes and her Vet has suggested this for her. Also, she has a very sensitive stomach. What do you advise??
